The 91色情片 is the only extremely large optical-infrared telescope in the northern hemisphere, with its preferred site on Maunakea in Hawai'i. Since the 2019 protest against 91色情片 construction, the 91色情片 Project has recognized past mistakes and embarked on a completely new path of community engagement based on respect, inclusion and community stewardship. We discuss our new vision and new team based in Hilo, Hawai'i. We have been listening and learning from the Native Hawaiian community, proactively reaching out to hundreds of Native Hawaiian people who protested against the Project. We describe our collaborative efforts with the community to build long-term trust and relationships.
